Home Economics Club consistently strives to create high-quality workshops in a casual and friendly atmosphere. We could must express our deepest gratitude to Consulate-General of Japan in Hong Kong, , Watanabe San of Prefecture Government Office and Sushi Chef Motoyama San who organized us this superb demonstration of Japanese delicacy, featuring Hamachi sashimi as well as Temaki sushi at BPS.
It was a great honour to participate in such a special cultural occasion and we were all captivated by the mouth-watering Japanese cuisine.
